| The Issuing Officer is an assistant vice chancellor-level or above administrator who gives final approval whenever an APP is implemented, revised, superseded, or rescinded. The Issuing Officer, in coordination with the designated Responsible Policy Officer, is responsible for the final substantive review of an APP before promulgation. |
