Effective APP Description
10/13/2017 Pol 220 Disclosure of Information from Student Records. This policy has been updated to include the UC policy change to section 130.251 of the University of California Policies Applying to Campus Activities, Organizations, and Students. This change deletes "address (local and/or permanent)" from the categories of information that a campus may designate as directory information.
7/25/2011 Pol 220 Disclosure of Information from Student Records. This policy has been updated or revised to conform with requirememts set forth in the rgulations implementing FERPA and latest UC policies.
7/01/1998 Pol 220 Disclosure of Information from Student Records. Revised policy provides UCLA interpretation of Federal regulations governing the disclosure of information from students’ records. This policy supersedes UCLA Policy 220, dated February 1, 1981.
